Abstract: Good nature is the basic understanding and overall attitude of Confucianism on humanity. The main meaning of Confucianism is to have a basic belief in humanity. The political legal meaning of Confucian humanitarian theory lies in the fact that Confucianism sees the relationship between humanitarianism and the system.
